National Workshop of Public Relations Officers visited BALI again!

Eventhough the Association of Press Publishers (SPS) has been held training program for the 18 times, this occassion was extraordinary. It was the first time SPS gathered five Editor in Chiefs from five different medias.

Those big five were Wahyu Muryadi (TEMPO Magazine), Nasihin Masha (Republika Newspaper), H.Marah Sakti Siregar (Cek & Ricek Tabloid), Karaniya Dharmasaputra (Viva.co.id), and Putra Nababan (Metro TV).

Besides them, also starring the spokeperson of Corruption Eradication Comission, Johan Budi SP, Aries Nugroho who represented as Client Service Director of Ogilvy Indonesia, and Managing Partner of Power PR, Cristovita Wiloto.

The theme of this workshop was “Creating and Restore Public Trust through Editorial Policy Understanding”. There were 39 participants from 23 instances such as ministry, state corporate, creatives media, and education institution.

This event was held in Haris Riverview Hotel, Kuta, Bali, on the last 2-5 July. There were two workshop sessions. The first was the How to Handle Press Well Workshop sequence like SPS has been held before, and the sharing session with those editor in chiefs.

All participants got new knowledges and experiences. They also got certificates which signed by SPS Chairman, Dahlan Iskan. *anneila
