3rd Workshop for Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

For the third times, SPS Pusat in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources held an internal workshop for their public relations officers. The theme was about "Media Management, Crisis Communication and Counter Opinion".
The event which was held at the Hotel GH.Universal Bandung on September 11 to 13, opened by the Head of Public Communication Center of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Abdurrahman Saleh, he's also supporting this kind of event, as part of the development of the knowledge which needed by every public relations officers from all unit of The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
In this workshop, the Public Relations officers got the knowledge and tips in dealing with crisis communication, how to respond to the crisis, SOP design in crisis, Understanding counter opinion, public relations skills training to deal with disputes in the press, and also to train the ability to manage media while crisis.

The workshop attended by 28 participants from 8 units of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. All participants will receive a certificate signed by the Chairman of the SPS Pusat - Dahlan Iskan.
