Cover Apreciation in "The Land Of Fatmawati"

Serikat Perusahaan Pers (SPS) Pusat for the fifth time will held the competition for commercial print media's cover in Indonesia. Entitled Indonesia Print Media Awards (IPMA),  the cover creations competitions for daily newspapers, magazines, and tabloids, the appreciation dinner will take place in Bengkulu, Saturday, February 8, 2014, on 18.00 to 21.00 WIB

Accompanying performances IPMA 2014, for the third time will be held the award for the cover of the internal corporate and institutions, which has existed since 2012 with the title of Indonesia inhouse Magazine Awards (INMA). INMA awards night took place in 2014 coincided with the awarding night IPMA.

IPMA and InMa show will be the culmination of a series of activities of SPS in early 2014 that accompanied the activities of National Press Day (HPN), which also will take place in Bengkulu. In "The Land of  Fatmawati", SPS activity also held CEO Media Conference and the National Working Meeting (Conggress), which is scheduled Friday, February 7, 2014.

The central theme of "Convergence and Challenges in the Era of Multiplatform Monetization", CEO Media Conference is planned to present four speakers. They are the Supreme Adiprasetyo (CEO KKG), Azrul Ananda (CEO of Jawa Pos newspaper), Indriati Wirjanto (MRA Media CEO), and Mohammad Azlan Abdullah (CEO of The New Straits Times). "The issue of monetization of digital platform we consider very relevant lifted, as more and stronger efforts to press publishers to enter the digital realm. So that there is a significant new revenue growth beyond the print product sales and advertising that has been there all along," said Asmono Wikan, Executive Director of SPS Pusat.

Not only discusses trends in the era of digitalization and monetization multiplatform, CEO of Media Conference will also hold a brief talk-show themed Energy Security in the Year of the Political. This event will be featuring Director of PLN, Pertamina CEO, and Director of Bukit Asam as speaker. "Entering the 'Year of the Political', the availability of energy for public consumption should be a serious concern. For the least potential for social unrest due to the scarcity of energy consumption," said Asmono

Asmono further explained, the whole series of events in Bengkulu will be attended by at least 200 members of the press corporate leaders SPS and 100 corporate representatives from all over Indonesia. It was out of more than 500 chief editors of mass media in Indonesia who will attend the HPN. "Our target, IPMA can be followed by Inma 800 entries and 200 participants," he said.

In IPMA and INMA 2013 in Manado, the number of entries already exceeded 650 and 160 works the front cover (the cover). Planned, Chairman of the SPS Pusat Dahlan will be handed directly the trophy to the winners in Bengkulu IPMA and INMA later.
